Product Description

Product Description
EVA resin is copolymer, the general (VA) content in 5% to 40%. Compared with polyethylene, EVA due to the introduction of monomer in the molecular chain, thereby reducing the high crystallinity, improve the flexibility, impact resistance, filler phase solubility and thermal sealing performance, is widely used in foam shoes, functional shed film, packaging film, hot melt adhesive, wire and cable and toys and other fields. In general, the performance of EVA resin is mainly determined by the content of on the molecular chain.
EVA is a copolymer of (E) and (VA). It is prepared by copolymerization of (E) and (VA). It is called Ethylene or EVA.
EVA is the fourth largest ethylene polymer series after high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLPDE). EVA resin has good softness, rubber-like elasticity, can still have good flexibility at -50ºC, good transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, anti-aging and ozone resistance, non-toxic. Good mixing with fillers, good coloring and molding processing.
EVA features Main uses of EVA
1.Water resistance 1. Foamed shoe material
2.Corrosion resistance 2.Thin film
3.Machinability 3.Wire and cable
4.Shock-proof 4.Plaything
5.Insulation property 5.Hot melt glue
6.Sound insulation 6.EVA emulsion
