Low density polyethylene(LDPE)
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is the lightest variety of polyethylene resin. It is milky white, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, and matte waxy particles. It has good chemical stability and is resistant to alkali and general organic solvents. Low-density polyethylene has good softness, extensibility, electrical insulation, transparency, easy processing and certain air permeability.
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), also known as high-pressure polyethylene, is a plastic material that is suitable for various thermoplastic molding processes and has good molding processability.
LDPE is mainly used as a film product, and is also used for injection molding products, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food packaging materials, blow molding hollow molding products, etc.

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), also known as high-pressure polyethylene, is a white resin with a waxy texture. Its molecular structure is a nonlinear structure with a large number of long branched chains. Compared with medium-density and high-density polyethylene, LDPE has lower crystallinity and softening point, better softness, elongation, electrical insulation and transparency, and higher impact resistance. It is suitable for various molding processes of thermoplastic molding and has good molding processability. At present, the main use of LDPE is as a film product. It is also used for injection molding products, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food packaging materials, blow molding hollow molding products, etc. It has broad application prospects in agriculture, packaging industry, electronic and electrical engineering, mechanical equipment, automobile manufacturing and daily sundries. In the future, as the world's LDPE production capacity continues to increase, the trend of overcapacity in the world will not be fundamentally alleviated, but my country still needs to import a large amount of LDPE from the Middle East and neighboring countries.
